The Post & Fly team will log your deposited P&F items. Please allow approx 1-2 days from deposit for this to happen. Once your item has been logged you have 60 days to retrieve your item.
During this unprecedented event we are temporarily extending the amount of time deposited items are stored for, to 60 days (from the time they are logged). Please monitor this website as this extended time period is temporary and subject to future amendment
When you enter your reference number on the Retrieve my item page you will be offered either a 'Standard' delivery price or a 'Dangerous Goods' delivery price based on the classification of the contents in your envelope. For certain items
'Collect on Return' ONLY will be offered.
The Dangerous/Non-Dangerous classification is made strictly according to international transport regulations (ADR & IATA) and is completely out of our control. Some items will be available for
'Collect on Return' option only
Please note there is no collect on return or delivery option available for any perishable items deposited in Post and Fly bins.
These will be immediately disposed of as per Health and Safety procedures.
Standard (Non-dangerous) Delivery Tariff
All items which are suitable for transit with the exception of Perfume/Aftershave, Makeup, Aerosols, Nail Varnish and other flammable items.
Will be classified as 'standard'.
Dangerous Goods Delivery Tariff
'Dangerous' (according to ADR/IATA international courier standards) if they are items which are flammable and have a low ignition point
including Perfume/Aftershave, Makeup, Aerosols, Nail Varnish and other flammable items.
Due to service availability restrictions we can only offer dangerous goods delivery to England and Wales. We cannot deliver to Scotland,
Northern Ireland or Offshore UK postcodes. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Collect on Return Pricing
As an alternative to having your item delivered you can choose to ‘Collect on Return’ from the same airport you deposited your item. Collection is from the
Left Luggage location at that airport. Some items will be available for the Collect on Return option only.
What items are dangerous?
Items are classified as 'Dangerous' (according to ADR/IATA international courier standards) if they are deemed particularly flammable and have a low ignition point.
Such items which can only be sent on a specialist courier service include (but are not limited to): Perfume/Aftershave, Makeup, Aerosols, Nail Varnish and other flammable items.
If your deposited envelope contains ANY such items it must be sent on a specialist dangerous goods service.
We understand that not all items confiscated are 'Dangerous' and for that reason if your item can be sent on a standard courier service you will be offered that service.
What if my deposited item contains multiple items, some 'Dangerous' and some not?
If you wish to split your delivery and discard of items you do not deem worth sending, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange this.
How long will it take to be delivered?
After you have made your booking your item will be collected for delivery within approx. 2 days. Please allow an extra day for items booked on Friday/ Saturday/Sunday as no collections are made over the weekend.
Estimated transit times vary depending on destination.
For UK deliveries please allow 2 days transit time.
For European deliveries please allow 3-5 days.
We do not offer delivery outside of Europe.
